THE SHREDDED ANTI-FIT embodies the undone look of the 90s: all ripped denim, oversized silhouettes and unfinished hems. Acne and Marques Almeida spearheaded this high-end grunge aesthetic that is spreading across global streets and has inspired D.I.Y looks throughout the blogosphere. Manufactured and patterned destruction gives frayed and raw edged denim a whole new potential, with shots of color in the weft bring bright accents to rips and fringe. A mid-rise, cropped "anti-fit" silhouette gives a feminine touch to an otherwise aggressive aesthetic.
