Shipping Guide


Shipping method and delivery time

Free shipping is highly recommended.

Notice for express shipping

1.Need correct telephone number, post code and accurate address.

2.May cause much higher custom tax which needs the receipt to pay.

3.Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.

4.No DHL service for PO.box.

5.If express service is unavailable, we will change to free shipping and refund the express shipping fee.

6.Any loss caused by inaccurate shipping information and unavailable contact by phone and email is your responsibility.

After the package arrived in your city, the shipping company will contact you and arrange to delivery to your address. Usually in 7 days, if they can’t reach you, the package will be disposed by express shipping company. And all the lost is on you. So make sure your address and telephone number is accurate.

Shipping delay period

Order processing time and delivery time may be postponed during the following period: October 1-7th, Christmas season, and February.
